How does the approach to undercutting traffic work in Vianen?
If you have ever used Vianen to avoid traffic jams on the highway, do not do so again from July 1. Six cameras monitor license plates that enter Vianen at various points. Residents of the municipality and entrepreneurs, among others, could already apply for an exemption – from the municipality of Vijfheerenlanden.
Don’t you have an exemption? Then you can no longer drive through Vianen during the week between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you do, you risk a fine. “Stay on the highway”, is the motto of the municipality of Vijfheerenlanden.
