(Finance) – The board of directors of Airplane confirmed Roberto Italia as president and Giulio Ranzo as managing director while Giovanni Gorno Tempini was appointed Vice President of the aerospace group.
The appointments – reads a note – were made on the occasion of the first meeting of the BoD elected on the same date by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Avio.
