(Finance) – Avio has announced that it has purchased from 24 to 28 October 2022, in total 49,706 ordinary shares (equal to 0.1886% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 10.9754 euros for one countervalue equal to 545,543.24 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2021 and in accordance with the assignment of the mandate approved by the Board of Directors on 3 February 2022.
Following the operations carried out so far, Avio holds 1,091,207 treasury shares equal to 4.1397% of the share capital and following the expiry of the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2021, it declares the current program for the purchase of treasury shares closed.
On the Milanese price list, today, a compound increase for the Italian aerospace companywhich archives the session with a gain of 0.36%.
