It was always clear that previous heroes Jake (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) would return in Avatar 2: The Way of Water. However, when another appearance by Fiesling Quaritch (Stephen Lang) was also revealed, many sci-fi fans were confused. After all, the villain died in the finale of the debut. Now Lang clarifies.
