(Finance) – The Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Ursomet the Austrian Minister of Labour and Economic Affairs via video conference, Martin Kocher. At the centre of today’s bilateral talks was the crisis in the European automotive sectorwith particular reference to the impacts on production and employment.
During the meeting, Minister Urso illustrated to his Austrian counterpart the Key points of the proposal on European industrial policy for the automotive sector that he will present at the next Competitiveness Council. In the coming days, Minister Urso will hold further bilateral meetings with other European ministers, in preparation for the Competitiveness Council scheduled in Brussels on 26 September.
