(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Dufry announced the final results of the procedure for the fulfillment of the obligation to purchase the shares in the context of the tender offer on Autogrill.
At the end of the procedure, the Swiss company holds 96.38% of Autogrill’s share capital.
Now we will proceed with the delisting of the Autogrill share from Piazza Affari. Italian Stock Exchange will order the delisting of Autogrill shares from Euronext Milan starting from 24 July 2023, subject to suspension of the share in the trading sessions of 20 and 21 July 2023.
