As we enter the last quarter of the year, the dynamics in the automotive market are also relatively active. In this process, where brands will try to bring more vehicles in the hope of feeling a little less supply problems, campaigns for those who are not already sold have also been included. Despite everything, in an environment where purchasing power has decreased, there is a picture in which users want to touch the tools they can access. When we look at the ODD data in more detail, we see that the automobile and light commercial vehicle market together increased by 14.9 percent. Besides the automobile, the light commercial vehicle market is on the upward curve of 9.5 percent. There is a general sales of 65,222 units in the total of these two titles.
When we look at the sales from a broader perspective of ten months under the umbrella of January-October, we see a decrease compared to the previous year. According to the data, the automobile and light commercial vehicle market decreased by 4.7 percent in the January-October period of 2022. In this context, automobile sales in the January-October period of 2022 decreased by 6.0 percent compared to the previous year and became 446,664, while the light commercial vehicle market decreased by 0.4 percent to 139,088.
