It is stated that severe winter conditions, which will affect a large region with snow, blizzard, rain and icing, as well as winds of up to 65 kilometers per hour, may cause traffic disruptions and power outages in most regions.

According to the Storm Prediction Center, there is a level 3 to 5 severe storm threat for some parts of Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi tomorrow, while a “state of emergency” was declared in the state of Virginia due to the storm that is expected to affect the entire state starting tomorrow.
THE EASTERN USA WILL FALL AT LEAST 30 DEGREES BELOW SEASONAL NORMAL
On the other hand, NOAA warned that rain and storms could also cause floods, especially in the Southeast. In addition, weather forecast reports indicate that, starting from Tuesday, the eastern part of the USA will be under the influence of a cold wave that will drop at least 30 degrees below seasonal norms.
