Since last year, Audrey Fleurot has become the face of the organic cosmetics and skincare brand Eau Thermale Jonzac. The opportunity to learn a little more about his wellness and sports routine.

    What is your wellness routine?

Audrey Fleurot: It’s a routine well amputated by the children (laughs). I like to start with a little shot of Caudalie spray whose medicinal smell I particularly appreciate. Then, I apply my hyaluronic acid and vitamin C serum, my moisturizer and my Eau Thermale Jonzac eye serum. I am a good student, I do everything well (laughs). If I have time, I also sometimes make a smoothing or moisturizing mask, especially before an event.

“I would love to have time for a sun salutation, a full breakfast with fresh juice and then a facial massage, but I don’t have the life that goes with it”

Do you take time for breakfast?

Audrey Fleurot: That was before. Now I’m in the phase where I eat my children’s leftovers. In fact, I am often absent, I have two lives which are very different. When I’m filming, I leave at dawn and I have absolutely no time for lunch. However, when I shoot with Medi on HPI, he is absolutely adorable because he prepares a Yum for me and that’s the party! Otherwise, when I’m touring with other people, I generally only have the table governed and there I take a little of what I find.

When I go home, I try to be fully with the children. I make eggs for whoever wants them… But, in the end, I often end up nibbling on a piece of unfinished toast (laughs).

What I really like when I go to beautiful hotels is having a crazy breakfast (you should know that breakfast is my favorite meal of the day!). But it’s still occasional.

“I could almost make a kind of backpacker’s guide to the best breakfast in France”

Audrey Fleurot: They are two quite different lives. I try to go home every weekend, so in terms of rest, it’s never really that! You also have to get back into the swing of things, readjust to everyday life: at home, the noise level is quite high, the mess is quite high… And then, you quickly get used to working alone. I also have to make up for my absences, so as soon as I get home, I’m very busy. But I think that’s the case with many working women. Being on all fronts is difficult: you have to be fulfilled in your work, mother and wife above all. We all do what we can!

Is sport part of your life?

Audrey Fleurot: I still do a lot of it, because it’s a priority – and has been for a very long time. I try to do it every day as much as possible, even if it’s quite rare that I manage to free up this time. It is especially during the filming period that it is complicated. After 9:00 p.m., I’m not going to run 10 kilometers… or set an alarm clock at 5:00 a.m., to do my session from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. That said, I still manage to keep a “respectable” sports routine: I do pilates, jogging and the gym three times a week.

Audrey Fleurot: The lockdown made me discover a lot of sites! By dint of searching, I discovered many courses that corresponded to me on Youtube, applications… I follow them with rigor, because I have been practicing for years.

“I have to do my sport everywhere. Joining a gym does not correspond to my lifestyle at all !”

Audrey Fleurot: I must say that the drink is a must! Very reasonably, of course. I think we all work a lot with the famous “reward” system. During filming, the glass of red wine in the evening is therefore quite essential.

What’s the best wellness advice you’ve ever been given?

Audrey Fleurot: To try to take micro-naps. It’s not easy, but when you get there it’s wonderful, it’s a little “reset”. I bought every possible and unimaginable book on the micro-nap. I don’t always succeed, but when I do, it’s great. Moreover, the people for whom it works, those who manage to fall asleep anywhere, are very lucky!

Finally, what is your favorite green product?

Audrey Fleurot: It’s the Eau Thermale Jonzac vitamin C and hyaluronic acid serum, without hesitation.
