A witness and an audio recording of Donald Trump are among the prosecutor’s evidence against the former president in the prosecution of suspected accounting violations. It appears from legal documents filed by prosecutors in New York, reports NBC News.
The evidence has already been presented to Trump’s lawyers, according to the documents, which do not reveal who the witness is or when the recording was made.
The trial will be held on March 25 next year, in the middle of the primaries for the presidential election of the same year.
