The myAudi portal, which was specially prepared for connected vehicle data, can only be accessed via a browser in Turkey and offered functions such as user manuals and map downloads. Audi Turkey will continue to offer its customers important and useful services such as navigation updates, which can be accessed in Turkey, via its official website audi.com.tr. Thanks to the service that will be activated in the coming days, Audi users in Turkey will be able to access the basic functions they can benefit from in the myAudi application from the website.”

The company made the following statement yesterday: “Dear myAudi customer, we regret to inform you that myAudi and all related services will be deactivated for Turkey on 26.09.2024. Your myAudi account will be automatically deleted on this date unless there is a reason to keep it longer. Of course, Audi will be happy to support you in the future and answer any questions you may have about your Audi and your vehicle. We thank you for your loyalty.
