Audi, one of the German -based automobile giants, developed remarkable Q6 E-Tron Offroad introduced the concept.

Audi Türkiye about the concept of the vehicle said: Audi set a new reference point for electric models in the motto of “Vorsprung Durch Technik”: Audi Q6 E-Tron Offroad concept. The basis of the concept model is based on the first mass production model built on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE). As it is known, the Audi Q6 model series not only stands out with its impressive driving and charging performance, but also sets standards in range and efficiency. The newly introduced Q6 also offers clues about the model planned to be included in the off-road segment. 160 mm (6.3 inches) increased height and 250 mm (9.8 inches) wider trace openness contributes to the impressive appearance of the vehicle. Q6 E-Tron Offroad concept is a new version that reinterprets Quattro. The model is also important for Audi’s potential for the electric vehicle platform and shaping the future plans of the brand. Traditional portal axles can increase torque by 20 percent to 30 percent on wheels, while Audi’s new design increases this value to 50 percent. Although this innovation limits the maximum speed of the vehicle to 175 km/h, it allows you to climb the slopes up to 45 degrees-a sufficient speed for an Off-Road vehicle.

Audi took the first step for Q6 with the question of how we can create an extremely emotional electric vehicle. The model has four portal axes developed from scratch and integrated into the poria devices in the front and rear axles. For this reason, partial changes were made in the suspension connections. Portal axes increase the total torque (10 seconds peak) to 13.400 Nm on all wheels, providing a total increase of 4,400 Nm. Thus, it is possible to experience Vorsprung Durch Technik both on the road and outside the road. The Q6 E-Tron Offroad concept can be followed on February 1 at the Fat Ice Race event at the Austrian Zell Am See Airport and from Audi Sport’s social media accounts. ”
