ATV theft suspects caught on camera CK police

Investigators are seeking the public’s help after an ATV theft in Thamesville, Chatham-Kent police say.

A 2018 Can-Am Outlander 570 hunting edition ATV was reported stolen from a Gordon Street carport about 5 pm Nov. 5, police said.

Surveillance footage captured two men taking the camouflage-painted ATV with from camo pouch at 12:26 pm, police said.

A blue Ram pickup with license plate BN91914 was seen in the surveillance footage approaching the ATV about the same time, police said. The truck was reported stolen from Middlesex.

Two ATVs stolen in Dresden

Chatham-Kent police are investigating the theft of two ATVs from Dresden.

Officers called to a Jackson Street break-in Monday learned two Honda 4-wheel ATVs had been stolen overnight.

Man found in stolen pickup

A Leamington resident was charged after a man was found in a stolen pickup in Tilbury, Chatham-Kent police say.

A patrolling officer arrested a man found in a stolen truck on Stewart Street, police said. Investigation revealed the man was wanted on warrants by Chatham-Kent and Ontario Provincial police

A Leamington man, 27, is charged with possessing stolen property valued at more than $5,000, police said. He was held pending a bail hearing.
