Police were sent to Eriksfältsgatan due to a fight between the men. At the scene, it emerged that the arrested person lunged at the plaintiff with a sharp object. The plaintiff has not been in need of an ambulance.
– It is unclear whether it was in or outside a residence, Evelina Olsson, police spokesperson.
Interrogations must be held with the man who is arrested. The police do not want to say what caused the fight, nor specify the object used by the arrested person.
– The suspect had left the scene when we got there, she says.
Both men are in their 35s. The incident is classified as attempted murder.
