More than 1,000 people have died in Israel’s attacks on Lebanon in recent weeks.

On Saturday, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was confirmed dead, but fighting continues.

  • Attack on central Beirut

    For the first time in nearly a year, Israel has carried out an airstrike in central Beirut, AP reports with reference to witnesses.

  • Lebanon: 105 dead today

    105 people have died in Israeli attacks on Sunday, according to Lebanon’s Ministry of Health.

    359 people are said to have been injured.

    The UN refugee agency signs X if the situation worsens for the civilians.

    “More than 70,000 people have fled the country so far,” they write.

  • IDF: Has attacked 120 Hezbollah targets

    Israel’s military says it recently launched a “comprehensive” attack on Lebanon with dozens of warplanes.

    Around 120 Hezbollah targets are said to have been attacked in various locations.

    Among other things, “significant” headquarters, military buildings and other infrastructure used to attack Israel, they write.

  • Many killed in new attacks in Lebanon

    Israel continues to attack Lebanon, two days after the leader of the Shia militia Hezbollah was killed.

    More than 60 people are said to have been killed on Sunday.

    Over 30 people have been killed and as many injured in an attack on the village of Ain al-Delb in southern Lebanon.

    Deadly Israeli attacks were also reported in eastern Lebanon on Sunday. More than 20 people are said to have been killed and over 45 injured in Baalbek-Hermel, according to the country’s health ministry.

    The suburb of Dahieh in southern Beirut, where Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed on Friday, also saw new attacks on Sunday.

  • 24 dead in new Israeli attack in Lebanon

    According to preliminary figures from Lebanon’s Ministry of Health, 24 people have died and 29 people have been injured in an Israeli attack outside the city of Sidon in southern Lebanon, reports Haaretz.
