Atreju, Capobianco (Conflavoro): “Yes to workers in corporate governance”

Atreju Capobianco Conflavoro Yes to workers in corporate governance

(Finance) – “Today it is absolutely a law is necessary that incentivises and stimulates the active participation of workers in the management of companies, for a fairer and more competitive economic model. The objective is to increase corporate productivity and sustainability, with benefits for anyone who makes this growth concrete and rapid. This is a paradigm shift that would thus allow full application of Article 46 of the Constitution, i.e. the right of workers to collaborate in the management of companies”. Thus Roberto Capobianco, national president of Conflavoroguest ad Atreju on the panel together with Minister Calderone, the Hon. Rizzetto and the general secretaries of Confsal and Cisl Margiotta and Sbarra.

According to Capobianco “it is important, however, not to plaster industrial relations with stringent indications. Instead, company bargaining must establish, flexibly and on the basis of the needs of the territory and of the company itself, the most appropriate methods for participation of workers to governance”.

The president of Conflavoro then launched an appeal to promote a new vision of industrial relations: “Businesses represent not only the engine of the economy, but also places of growth and valorisation of people who operate there. It is essential to recognize the human and professional contribution of each worker, in governance as well as in the distribution of profits. For this reason I invite all the social partners, associations and unions, to a constructive discussion that abandons the logic of conflict, aiming instead at virtuous collaboration: only in this way will we be able to build a more inclusive economic model and guarantee a more competitive and sustainable future for the country “, concluded Capobianco.
