(Finance) – With reference to thevoluntary takeover bid (OPA) concerning the ordinary shares of Atlantia promoted by Schema Alfa as bidder, and with reference to the bid document approved by Consob with resolution no. 22464 of 3 October 2022 and published on 7 October 2022, the Offeror announces that all the authorizations, approvals and clearances required by the competent authorities pursuant to the applicable laws for the completion of the Offer have been obtained.
Taking into account the above – a note reads – the Offeror announces that the “authorization condition” of the offer document has been met.
