On August 13, 1979, Linda Haglund won the SC gold in the 200 meters in a time of 23.11 and until now the SC record has remained intact.
When Nora Lindahl and Julia Henriksson took track one at Rimmersvallen in Uddevalla in each trial heat, new SC records were set.
