As the official announcement suggests, many classics are coming to new platforms with Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration. The 50th anniversary special retro collection, which includes more than the selected classics, also sheds light on the past of the brand.
What content does Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration contain?
Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration brings back over 90 curated classic titles released for Atari platforms over the past decade for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.
The most striking feature of the retro game collection is that Jaguar and Lynx games will be playable on new platforms for the first time. The collection, which also provides the opportunity to take an interactive journey into Atari’s 50-year history, also includes exclusive interviews with the developers and designers of the period, documentaries about the first game consoles, and high-resolution Artworks.
While most of the classics are featured in their original form, Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration also includes the Reimagined series. Here we are greeted with technically revised versions of the famous Atari classics. There are six confirmed games:

- Quadratank
- Yars’ Revenge Reimagined
Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration will be released in November 2022. It will be available on the Steam and Epic Games stores for PC. The selling price is expected to be $39.99. There is no official statement about the sale price in Turkey.
