(Finance) – Marcello Pacifico, national president of Aniefhe returned to talk about the Ata staff following the meeting at the MIM with the Chief of Staff, Prov. Lawyer Giuseppe Recinto, and the trade union organizations signatory to the CCNL 19/21 to discuss the criteria for allocating the resources of the fund for the economic positions referred to in the art. 79 (Fund for the economic positions of ATA staff) among the various economic positions [art. 30, comma 9, a6] and the criteria for carrying out the procedures referred to in the art. 59 (First application rules, in particular the passages of the ATA personnel area) [art. 30, c. 9, a4].
Anief was present at the table with the President Marcello Pacifico, the general secretary Chiara Cozzetto, Cristina Dal Pino national manager of the ATA Consultation and Alberico Sorrentino of the nascent Condir DSGA Department.
Speaking to Finance, the leader of the young trade union organization stated that “like Anief we fought a lot at the contractual table to first of all save the economic positions that had disappeared in the basic text proposed in Aran and then to unblock a situation that had been at a standstill since 2011. We are talking about more than 40 thousand places that could be activatedaccording to the calculations we had made with respect to money that had been committed but not spent, with an even more streamlined procedure to finally get that career mechanism within the ATA staff and professional development back into motion”.
“In addition to this, however, there is the important fight we have made for the officials who number more than 2,000. 1 in 2 actually holds the role of Director of General Administrative Services. Of those 38 million that had been allocated to restart the economic progression, we are also talking about this at the Ministry, to find a solution as soon as possible to activate those positions of officials who will be included within the high qualifications”, concluded the trade unionist autonomous.
