(Tiper Stock Exchange) – RiminiWellness is back, the event dedicated to sport and fitness, with a 17th edition full of news and adrenaline. This year’s event Italian Exhibition Group, hosted by the Romagna trade fair district and on the Riviera, it will go staged from 1 to 4 June 2023 and will see the absolute debut in Italy of HYROX, the new sport that is revolutionizing the world of fitness. The race will take place on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 June 2023.
Designed for both novice sportsmen and professional athletes, HYROX is an international level competition which combines perfectly strength, endurance and determination. The competition includes a unique format accessible to anyoneregardless of fitness level: it starts with 1km run to which it follows 1 functional trainingto repeat for 8 times. The workouts are a mix of functional workouts that alternate during the competition: from the SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and up to the Wall Balls.
The goal is to complete the same timed course, all based on your starting level. In fact, to be within everyone’s reach, HYROX offers 4 different categories race to choose from: openfor a demanding but accessible competition; Prosfor true professionals, with the use of heavier weights; Doubleto face the challenge in pairs, running together and dividing the workload of the exercises; Relay racedesigned to involve friends and training partners.
