At least three people are dead and several people are said to have been injured in connection with a shooting at Michigan State University in the United States.
Several of the injured have life-threatening injuries, the police told the newspaper.
The suspected shooter was chased for a long time by police, but was later found dead outside the campus on Tuesday morning. The man is said to have acted alone and is suspected of having taken his own life, states, among other things New York Times.
It is unclear whether the man had connections to the university.
