Five people have died and 18 have been injured after a shooting at the nightclub Club Q, a famous gay club, in Colorado Springs in the state of Colorado at one o’clock local time, according to BNO News.
A road has been closed and images from the scene show a large rescue effort.
On social media, police are asking the public to avoid the area.
Unconfirmed information claims that the suspected perpetrator was injured and is now being treated in hospital.
