At least eleven people have been found dead after the volcanic eruption on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia, said Abdul Malik, representative of the regional rescue service.
According to him, a total of about 70 hikers must have been on the Marapi volcano when it suddenly erupted on Sunday.
In addition to the dead, 49 have been evacuated, while twelve people are still missing.
