At least 36 people have died in a factory fire in the city of Anyang in central China’s Henan Province, Chinese state media reports.
Two people are reported to have been injured and two are missing. The fire broke out at around 4pm on Monday local time and the emergency services had to work for hours to put it out.
More than 260 people are said to have participated in the rescue and extinguishing work.
