The spacecraft that will take home two stranded astronauts have docked with the International Space Station (ISS).
On board is the new crew of four astronauts, which must be in place at ISS before the two Americans, Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams, can finally return home next week after more than nine months in orbit.
The docking with the space station was confirmed by Space X at X at 05.06 on Sunday morning Swedish time.

The Prison Service is requesting new billions
The Prison and Probation Service will grow strongly and the authority is now demanding an increased grant of SEK 800 million for next year, to a total of SEK 23.7 billion, they write on its website.
For 2027, the Prison and Probation Service requests an increase of SEK 1.6 billion, and for 2028 an increase of SEK 5.8 billion.
The number of places in detention and prisons will gradually be increased from today’s approximately 11,000 to 29,000 until 2034.

A major rescue effort was started in Bromma in western Stockholm after a young female pedestrian was hit by a bus.
Police, emergency services and three ambulances were called to the scene.

The woman was awake and talkable but in need of hospital care, according to the police.
Bus traffic has been redirected as a result of the accident.

Pope Francis has been admitted to the Gemelli Hospital in Rome for a month. The doctors have since a few days ago found that his condition is stable and that he is slowly getting better, after a critical time with life -threatening breathing difficulties.
