(Finance) – The consolidated half-yearly financial report as at 31 December 2021 of Assiteca exhibition gross revenuesequal to euro 50.2 million, an increase of 7% compared to the same period of the previous year.
Against an increase in revenues of 3.4 million euros, the increase in operating costs was contained in 1.6 million euros. The increases are concentrated on personnel costs and on expenses for promotion and consultancy services deriving from the resumption of commercial activity.
The consequent growth in Ebitda stood at 14% (equal to € 14.2 million compared to € 12.5 million) compared to the 2020/2021 half-year with a ratio of net revenues (equal to € 45.3 million) at 31st, 3% compared to 29.7% in the same previous period.
The pre-tax resultequal to € 10.8 million, marks an increase of 18% compared to the first half of 2020/2021 (€ 9.2 million).
L‘Net income of the Group is equal to 7.1 million and marks a growth of 27% compared to the first half of 2020/2021.
There net financial position, of 18.1 million, an improvement of 6.4 million euros compared to 30 June 2021. This amount includes payables for acquisitions (1.6 million euros) and the payment of ordinary dividends (3.4 million euros). The entire debt is medium / long-term.
