(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Assitecaa group active in business risk management and insurance brokerage listed on Euronext Growth Milan, ha appointed Luigi Sturani and Serge Thieriet as directors by co-option. The appointment follows the purchase of 86.965% of the share capital by Howden today. According to what was communicated at the end of February, the international insurance brokerage group will promote a mandatory full takeover bid on all the remaining Assiteca shares, with the aim of delisting from Piazza Affari.
With over 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, Luigi Sturani is from last June 2021 CEO Europe of Howden Broking Group. Serge Thieriet holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Howden Broking Groupand is also Responsible IT Finance and Financial Risk Management for Howden Group Holdings.
The advisers Luca Bucelli and Roberto Quagliuolowith effect from today, have resigned theirs resignation.
