A personal assistant is sentenced by Falu District Court for several cases of sexual abuse and molestation of his client, writes SVT Dalarna.
The suspicions that the male personal assistant exposed the user to sexual abuse emerged when the police investigated him for child pornography offences. Several videos were found in his mobile where the user’s penis is visible and that someone is masturbating for him.
The user, an adult man, is paralyzed on one side and cannot speak.
The man has admitted that he “made masturbation movements on the plaintiff” but that they were not meant for sexual purposes. He is also said to have masturbated several times when the user was in the same room.
Now the man is sentenced for several cases of sexual abuse and sexual molestation. In addition, he is sentenced for child pornography offenses and for breach of confidentiality – the latter because he forwarded the abuse videos to his acquaintance.
The man is sentenced to three years and four months in prison. He must also pay damages to his former user.
