One person is charged with assault with a weapon after an argument between neighbors in St. Thomas. The weapon? Coffee. St. Thomas police say it was early Monday afternoon when they were called to a conflict between neighbors. Police said it was a “southside” neighborhood but were not more specific about the address. Police say the conflict “escalated when one of the involved parties threw coffee on their neighbor.”
A 34-year-old was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon and released from police custody with a future court date set.
