Ubisoft has announced that it will begin closed beta testing of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade mobile game.

General Information About the Game
The game takes place in the third century between Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Assassin’s Creed Origin. It replaces players with a customizable avatar trained in the art of assassination.
Developed by Level Infinite, Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade is built on the Unreal Engine and is free to play on Android and iOS platforms. Featuring a vast arsenal of weapons including unique Chinese spears, dual swords and bows, the game promises signature Assassin’s Creed fighting moves.
Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade Closed Beta Test Announced
Registration for the closed beta test continues and only 5,000 players will be able to participate. The dates of the test are:
- Questionnaire period: 17-27 July
- Invitation period: 27-31 July
- Advance download: 1 August
- Test: August 3-11
The closed beta will be available to players around the world, but servers will be in North America and Western Europe.
Gameplay and Graphics
Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade is a third-person action-adventure game. Players control an assassin in a world set during China’s Han Dynasty. The game is an open world, and players can explore and complete missions as they please. Various weapons can be used in the game, including swords, spears, bows and other weapons.
