While the Russia-Ukraine war continued to be on the agenda of the world, it was claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin was exposed to assassination attempts several times in this process. While a new one was added to these allegations, this time the statement was made by a senior Ukrainian intelligence official. Allegedly, Putin survived an assassination attempt last March.
HE EXPLAINED, “THIS IS A SECRET INFORMATION”
Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, told the Ukrainian newspaper Ukrayinska Pravda that there was an “attempt to assassinate Putin” in March.
Budanov said:
“There was an assassination attempt on Putin. It is even said that he was attacked by representatives of the Caucasus a short time ago. This is classified information, it was an absolutely unsuccessful attempt, but it really happened. It was about 2 months ago.
Budanov told the newspaper that he spread unconfirmed information about Putin and offered no evidence to support his latest claim.
About a week ago, Putin claimed that his health was deteriorating, he said he expects a change of leadership by the end of the year.
