In the statement made by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), it was stated that a group managed by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) planned to assassinate high-level officials, including Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy, Head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR) Kyrylo Budanov, SBU President Vasyl Maliuk. He reported that the “agent network” had been exposed.
