In the statement made by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), it was stated that a group managed by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) planned to assassinate high-level officials, including Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy, Head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR) Kyrylo Budanov, SBU President Vasyl Maliuk.
