Lock company Assa Abloy has acquired Inovadoor Portas Industriais, a Brazilian manufacturer of sectional and high-speed doors. This is stated in a press release.
Inovadoor was founded in 1997 and has 100 employees. The headquarters and factory are located in Pinhais, near Curitiba, Brazil.
In 2022, the company had sales of 52 million Brazilian reals, equivalent to SEK 100 million. The acquisition contributes positively to earnings per share from the start.
