(Finance) – The works for the new junction of Maddaloni on the A30 Caserta-Salerno at Km 4+100, they enter their most important phase. Last week the Autostrade per l’Italia Group teams launched the central segment of the steel structure of the junction flyover weighing 170 tonnes, transported by two large cranes dimensions and latest generation machines operated remotely by an operator for greater safety of the workers present on the construction site. The launching of the metal supporting structure was completed on Friday morning, with the positioning of the two ashlars lateral weighing approximately 50 tons each.
A strategic work for the territory, the Maddaloni junction is part of the framework for strengthening and improving accessibility to the port area Marcianise-Maddaloniserving the Southern European Interport and Neapolitan external roads.
Today the progress of the works is 60%, around 35 workers have been employed to date and the works have almost been completed ramps and the toll plazaThe underneath serving local roads and facilities manufactured. The work is expected to be completed by the end of the summer.
