ASPI obtains Dyslexia Friendly Company certification and renews its commitment

(Finance) – Motorways for Italy confirms his commitment to promote diversitythrough a Diversity Equity & Inclusion strategy that aims to enhance people for their uniqueness and to break down the boundary between ability and disability, through a participatory culture open to innovation.

This commitment has allowed ASPI to obtain the Dyslexia Friendly Company certificationissued by the Italian Dyslexia Association, alongside other virtuous companies such as TIM, Intesa Sanpaolo, IBM, MicronOrienta and Axia in welcoming dyslexic candidates and committing themselves to breaking down any barrier.

The participation of Autostrade per l’Italia at the conference “Dyslexia and the world of work: a new era for workers with SLD”, promoted by the Vice President of the Senate Anna Rossomando in collaboration with AID. Among the participants Gian Luca OreficeHuman Capital Organization & HSE Director of the Group, who stated “we need to remove any barrier and guarantee opportunities for all, rediscovering talents hidden even by invisible diversities such as neurodevelopmental disorders. Autostrade per l’Italia is the first company that made itself available to test and experiment the suggested practices through real simulations which involved the selection team and candidates and candidates with SLD. The path was undertaken focusing primarily on the recruitment and selection processes, alongside awareness-raising activities aimed at the entire company population to increase awareness on this still too little known issue.
