Although 45-year-old Åse Sundström feels safe in her home municipality of Arjeplog, she sees a problem in the fact that the police are not always there when something happens.

– Burglary and fights also happen here. If the police are elsewhere, people ignore calling for help and instead take the law into their own hands, says Sundström.
