(Telestock) – Ascopiave has announced that he has purchasedwithin the scope of the authorization to purchase treasury shares, between 26 June and 2 July 2024, in total 168,304 ordinary shares at the average unit price of 2.3098 euros, for a counter value total of 388.744,87 euro.
Following the purchases made so far, the gas distributor holds 17,776,810 ordinary shares, equal to 7.584% of the share capital.
