Mohammed Mogouchkov, the author of the Arras attack, was indicted on Tuesday evening, October 17, four days after the attack perpetrated in his former high school which cost the life of a teacher. Anti-terrorism prosecutor Jean-François Ricard announced his presentation to a judge in the afternoon at a press conference. After 96 hours in police custody, Mohammed Mogouchkov is placed in pre-trial detention.
