“Everywhere I go, people ask me when I’m going to do another big action comedy like True Lies. Here it is,” Schwarzenegger said in a statement.

While it was his first television show, FUBAR is not Schwarzenegger’s first action-comedy playing a spy. Fans will also remember him from James Cameron’s movie True Lies. Schwarzenegger says anyone looking for more of it in the same mode as the 1994 movie should definitely check out the new Netflix series, which will hit the streaming service at the end of May.

Along with the trailer, Netflix also released a synopsis for the show:

The statement, “A CIA Agent on the verge of retirement discovers a family secret. Having to return to the field for one last job, the series tackles universal family dynamics against a backdrop of global spies, action and humor,” indicates that the series will keep many of us hooked on TV.
