Relations between the two countries will normalize. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian affirmed, Thursday October 26, that he would sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan “in the coming months”, almost a month after Baku’s victory against the Armenian separatists of Upper Karabakh.
Armenia and Azerbaijan “must sign an agreement on peace and on the establishment of relations in the coming months,” Nikol Pashinian said at an international forum in Tbilisi, Georgia.
