Armand Duplantis knocks Sweden after the Olympic gold and the world record – here is “Mondo’s” new decision

For all Swedes who had hoped to see Armand Duplantis, they will now be disappointed.
Because there will be no “Mondo” in Finnkampen, as he has made the decision to decline.

As expected, there will be none Armand Duplantis in the Swedish team for the Finnkampen, which will be decided on August 30-31 in Helsinki.

The Finnkampstruppen consists of 110 active members, three in each branch.
“The Finnish competition is our most prestigious international competition and everyone in the team has a special relationship with it. It’s a lot of fun to compete in a team when you’re used to competing individually. The team spirit that arises during Finnkampen is unbeatable,” says Kajsa Bergqvist.
