Arles: Bruno Serralongue’s view of the ecological struggle of the “Water Guardians” of North Dakota

The French photographer Bruno Serralongue is currently exhibiting his works until the end of September in Arles, as part of the 53rd International Photography Meetings. His exhibition is held outdoors in the summer garden, in the heart of the city. It is entitled “The Guardians of the Water” and recounts the struggle of the Native Americans against the construction of oil pipelines on their land. Bruno Serralongue followed and photographed the resistance of this community on a reservation in North Dakota, United States.
