Javier Milei is officially inaugurated as the twelfth president of Argentina, this Sunday, December 10, for the next four years. He takes the reins of a country over-indebted and plagued by record inflation of 142% which he promised to eliminate thanks to ultra-liberal shock therapy. But, without a majority in Congress, he will have to deal with the opposition.
