Anders Öfvergård, “The Angry Carpenter”, is a Swedish TV personality. He has been seen leading and participating in a number of different programs over the years, including “Renovation Dreams”, “Arga Restauranten” “Robinson” and “Over the Atlantic”.
During the spring, he put his luxury villa on Värmdö up for sale, something like News24 wrote more about then.

Arga Snicaren’s luxury villa sold
The villa has a living area of 312 square meters and a plot of 4,110 square meters. On these square meters you get access to both your own gym, your own jetty, cinema room and a padel court. The house also has a large balcony with an outdoor kitchen and a fantastic view of the water.
The asking price was initially SEK 25,000,000, which Nyheter24 reported on at the start of the sale, which was with Länsförsäkringar Fastighetsförmedling.
But the house proved difficult to sell. Anders Öfvergård then changed brokerage firms and lowered the asking price significantly. At the beginning of August, he sold the house, for a significantly lower sum than he had originally wanted.

On June 21, 2023, Anders Öfvergård was arrested at Ica Maxi in Värmdö, he had then stolen three pieces of meat. The sentence was petty theft and the penalty was 40 days fine.
