(Finance) – Ardiana leading global private markets investment company and Prelios SGRamong the main Italian real estate and securities asset management companies, have obtained a green loan of 50 million euros from Crédit Agricole. The green loan is in favor of AREEF 2, the Sicaf multi-segment entirely controlled by Ardian and managed by Prelios SGR, and has the objective of refinancing the two properties in Piazza Fidia 1 and Via Roncaglia 12 in Milan.
The two buildings were the subject of an important redevelopment plan and the exceptional ESG and architectural characteristics of both buildings allowed AREEF 2 SICAF to optimize the management of the assets by leasing them to primary national and international tenants and to obtain a financing on favorable termswe read in a note.
