(Finance) – Aquafila company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the production and transformation of synthetic and natural fibres, announced that thecontrolling shareholder Aquafin Holding has executed the irrevocable and unconditional commitment to subscribe the relevant share of thecapital increase (equal to approximately 51.78% of the capital increase relating to the ordinary shares and 100% of the capital increase relating to the B shares) for a value equal to approximately 24 million euros.
