(Finance) – They end tomorrow – Tuesday 25 April – al Village for the Earth at Villa Borghese in Rome the 5 days dedicated to the celebrations of World Earth Day 2023, organized by theEarth Day Italy and from Focolare Movementwhich enlivened the heart of the capital with over 600 free events including concerts, shows, sporting activities, educational workshops, activities for the little ones, thematic meetings and artistic and cultural performances.
At the Pincio Sport and Wellness
From 11.00 to 12.30 will be held the Talk Show “Prosperity – Sport and Wellness in Harmony with Nature” at the Pincio. For the Village, sport is not only an opportunity to celebrate, to meet the champions and masters of the various disciplines, but it is also the testimony of those values which, together with environmental protection, form the basis of the 2030 Agenda and the Objectives Sustainable Development Principles: solidarity, participation, well-being, impartiality and equal opportunities for all genders, nationalities, physical and social conditions.
They will take part, among others (in order of intervention): Alessandro Onorato, Councilor for Major Events, Sport, Tourism and Fashion of Rome Capital; Patrizio Oliva, Italian Boxing Federation; Simona Galassi, Italian Boxing Federation, three times European boxing champion; Pasquale Rivellini, President of the Sports Facilities Commission – National League Amateurs; Max Bartoli, International Fireball Federation; Carlo Nepi, Italian Equestrian Sports Federation – President of the Lazio Regional Committee; Carlo Pacifici, President of the Italian Referees Association; Katia Senesi, AIA Project Manager for Women; Riccardo Delfino, AIA Referee; Flavio Siniscalchi, Head of the Sports Department – Ministry of Sports and Youth; Andrea Benassi, Head of Sustainable Development of the Institute for Sports Credit; Armando Marco Iannuzzi, CIP Lazio Regional Committee; Omar Di Felice, Extreme Cyclist.

Interreligious dialogue in view of the Jubilee
From 16.30 to 17.30 will be held the talk “Interreligious Dialogue in view of the Jubilee” in Piazza 17 – Partnership for goals. Among the guests Imam Dr. Nader Akkad, Great Mosque of Rome, Professor Daniele Garrone, President of the Federation of Evangelical Churches and Cardinal Matteo Zuppi, President of the CEI, who will celebrate a final Mass at 18.30 at the Villa Borghese riding track.
