Apple held its first Keynote conference of the year 2022. If several announcements were already well-awaited with many rumors before the event, the firm will still have managed to surprise with some new features. Apple’s March Keynote ended after an hour-long presentation. This conference will have been full of announcements with a new iPhone SE, a new version of the iPad Air, a new color for the iPhone 13, and an even more powerful processor for the MacBooks. Apple will also have unveiled a new machine for professionals: the Mac Studio, to be paired with the new Mac Display screen.

What new features were announced during the Apple keynote on March 8?
Apple was particularly expected on several new features for this Keynote. The firm took advantage of the event to present a new version of the iPhone SE. This “low cost” version of the famous Apple phone will be available very soon from 529 euros and should replace the old model (which will certainly benefit from it to lower its price!).
The 5th generation iPad Air was also presented during the Keynote. It has a better processor, the M1 chip that currently equips the latest iPad Pros.
Apple also took advantage of the Keynote to unveil a new, even more powerful chip. Result of the merger of two M1 Max processors, discover the M1 Ultra chip! The latter will equip the new Mac Studioa new small machine for professional studios.
Small novelty announced for the iPhone 13: the “Alpine Green” color. This new color will be available on the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro with the opening of pre-orders this Friday, March 11.
Discover the new iPhone SE 3
The Apple keynote was notably placed under the sign of the iPhone SE 3. This new version is notably equipped with the A15 Bionic chip. The latter (which remains one of the most powerful chips on the market) is already available in the current iPhone 13. This new version of the iPhone SE is therefore equipped with a very powerful chip to efficiently manage your daily applications and games.
Besides the new iPhone SE 3 chip, the Apple keynote also featured increased battery life of the device, as well as anot compatible with 5G networks.
This new iPhone SE will be available for pre-order from Friday March 11 (2 p.m.). You won’t have to wait very long to get your hands on it since its release date is set for Friday, March 14.
New Macs with the M1 Ultra chip
It was one of the big surprises of the evening. While many specialists were expecting a new M2 chip, Apple took everyone by surprise by announcing the M1 Ultra processor ! The latter was born in particular from the merger of two M1 Max chips, the firm’s previous most powerful chip. This process has also been called “Ultrafusion” by the manufacturer. The new M1 Ultra chip will notably equip the new Mac Studioan ultra-powerful central unit for professional studios.
It has been 2 years since the iPad Air received a new version. The Apple keynote of March 8, however, changed the situation, since the manufacturer announced the new iPad Air 2022 (also called iPad Air 5th generation). However, the latter only has a few new features, in particular the addition of the famous M1 which was already fitted to the iPad Pro! The iPad Air 2022’s camera is also improved with 12MP and motion tracking technology.
