(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Apple will start assembling the iPhones 15 also in India through its historic supplier Foxconn. The decision is part of the diversification strategy of the producing countries with the aim of reducing the Chinese share. The anticipation comes from Bloomberg which reports how the Foxconn plant of Sriperumbudur is preparing to deliver the new phones a few weeks after they begin shipping from factories based in China.
As reported by CNBC, Apple recently increased the production of iPhones in India, assembling devices for more than 7 billion dollars in the last fiscal year.
